Hello! This is my first post here and I have a question. How long until you start to see some level of yeast activity post-pitch? It's been 12 hours and no activity...I'm worried I have failed! Should I add additional sugar? Is it too cold? I've kept it at 67-72 F and nothing....

Are you fermenting this, or is it bottled and you're looking for carbonation? If you're just waiting for it to carb up, you won't see any signs of fermentation at all. If you're fermenting it into wine/beer, it will take longer than 12 hours to show activity.
