Adding campden tabs question

Hello folks! I have a question. It's been roughly six months since I have added campden tabs and was wondering if I should add some before bottling. It's finally ready and finally found the time.
Thanks in advance for any help.
 
Since it's been 6 months, I'd add some at bottling for insurance. The sulfites will make it last longer in the bottle. It will also help inhibit yeast or bacteria growth.
