So, I'm really at a loss of what to brew next. We just finished the Scottish 80 keg. I have a French Farmhouse Ale, APA and a Black IPA on tap. I will be brewing a Maibock and a German Pils this weekend but I have nothing to fill my empty keg for the 1.5 months that it will take for the Pils to be ready. So something that i can brew and drink fairly quick. I have the ability to brew anything. I was thinking something with Rye as I have not brewed one yet.

Thoughts?

Thanks everyone

I was also thinking something with Maris Otter. I love MO and haven't brewed with it in a while.

Maybe a SMaSH with MO and EKG with wyeast NeoBritannia

Rye PA or Rye IPA with MO and EKG, sounds good.

The Rye PA with MO and EKG sounds interesting. Any ideas on a simple recipe? I don't like adding a ton of grains. MO, rye, maybe a little crystal (40?).
