I started this thread to see the different ways people are doing it. Maybe some are doing somthing different than the norm. Maybe not so much a how to for me.
I let it ferment 2 weeks, dumped pellets into the primary, bottled a week later. I don't think yeast has anything to do with it.
05/001/1056 does show lower flocculation than other yeasts, but it's not a problem. If you're bottle conditioning, just leave the bottles in the fridge for a few days and pour carefully. If you're kegging, the cold crash will happen in the keg.
