I ordered 5 pounds of hops 11 days ago but I have not received the shipment.

Is this unusual, or should I wait a few more days before contacting them?

I'd check. I've ordered from them 5 or 6 times and they've been prompt. We're at 98 degrees today and I'd hate to think of 5 lbs of hops laying in the back of a trailer for too many days.
 
I live in Maryland and it usually takes 7 days or so. You should have recieved an email from Hops Direct with a shipping confirmation and tracking info as soon as your order was processed.

During their busy times they can take longer than normal

LOL...do you listen to comedy albums at all? There's a great bit done by John Mulaney that has to do with this. Also the rest of the cd is fantastic. I highly recommend picking it up if you are into such things. Thank me later.
