I opened my 1st home brew to night, and it came out fantastic! It is an extract red ale kit... I am loving this hobby / opposition. this past Friday I brewed up a stout, my home brew supplier hooked me up with the recipe can't wait for this one. I plan on getting another ferment-er this week and want to brew an apricot wheat dose any one have a good recipe for an extract - par-shill mash?
