I really like these punches over a step bit but the 13/16" size doesn't work for bulkheads from Brewers Hardware. I've tried to find a 7/8" with no luck. At least one for stainless. Did find one for mild steel.

Anyone else try to find that size?

It is easier to find a 1/2" conduit punch. Its the same as a 7/8" radio chassis punch. Both make a 7/8" hole.

+1 on what OMJ said. I have a 1/2" greenlee conduit punch and it works great. So much better than drilling with a step bit. They make a very clean 7/8" hole. I just installed two valves and two thermometers on two keggles. Took me about 15 minutes for all.
