Morebeer Blonde Ale

Brewed the all grain version 2 weeks ago, added 1lb dme but ended up with 5.5 gallons instead of 5. Pulled a sample from the fermentor today... flavorless! I know this is a basic Blonde but damn give me something. Racked it to a secondary with 1lb of frozen raspberries. Don't know what to expect, hopefully a little tartness maybe some sweetness with a hint of raspberry. Anything would be nice. Will report back in a couple of weeks.

Do you know what your SG was when you racked to secondary? Make sure you aren't fermenting more than you are hoping for and check your gravity every few days.

Hopefully that fruit will give you the character you're looking for.
