This Red Kolsch Ale was brewed and cold fermented and filtered in a traditional kolsch style. It was "turned red" simply by adding a small bit of Special B malt to the brew. It's a bit different but still very tasty! The beer is served in a simple, tall, straight, cylindrical traditional Kolsch 200ml glass ("Kölsch-Stange") .
