I've been kegging for a while, but have decided to bottle some of my beer again since it's easier to transport, and I have a couple of questions.
1) I bottle my wine and mead in mason jars and it works just fine, but will the pressure from carbonation cause a problem with bottling beer in mason jars ? The jars are pretty stout so I don't think they'll burst, but I figured I'd check to see if anyone has any experience with it.
2) What's the ratio for substituting cane sugar for corn sugar when priming ?
