I'm just trying to let off a bit of steam here.

I am lagering my Dutch Premium and my bottles are stored in the freezer (I have a fridge/freezer combo with the fermenter in the fridge and bottles below in the freezer). The fridge and freezer run off the same thermostat but it's not cold enough for the bottles to freeze. I started a new batch of beer yesterday. I pitched the yeast when the beer was 25 degrees C and set the thermostat to 12 degrees. What I forgot was that the thermostat would keep the fridge on pretty much all night to get it down to that temp.
So what happens when I come back to check on my bottled beer in the freezer...

HALF MY FREAKING BOTTLES ARE FROZEN!
Well there was only 26 in there. So 13 bottles frozen. I'm still pretty pissed off. I'll remember it for next time.
Oh yeah. If I let the bottles thaw out will they still be carbonated and drinkable?
