In early March I did a Brewers Best, Imperial Nut Brown kit.
It comes with Safale s-04 yeast. Ide like to replace that with a liquid yeast but not sure what to go with.
My last three kits came with liquid yeast and all three gave me excellent fermentation and the FG numbers were right on, although the INB kit got stuck in the process. It was still good though.
I need to do another, because last night going to replenish the fridge, there was NO MORE!..only the kit that I bottled a week ago, and a EPA two days old in the primary. Talk about a disappointment...The INB was just coming into its own..and its gone!
