Just added blackberries to my porter in the secondary, has anybody else done this?
 
3 lbs of fresh blackberries, going to do a tertiary, but sure how long to leave in secondary

For a five gallon batch? If so that amount will probably be barely detectable if at all. 1-4 pounds per gallon would be more appropriate. I'd leave it on for at least 10 days.
 
Don't want it too powerful on the blackberry end, thanks for the time in secondary
