are you asking what the 530 L means? that is the Lovibond color rating of the grain. the higher the number, the darker it is. some maltsters black malt will have a higher number than other malt companies black malt, so some recipes will specify what color you need to more accurately reproduce the beer.

Degrees Lovibond is a measurement of color. The bigger the number, the darker it is. 530 is very dark.
