Any thoughts on this. The left picture was taken one week prior to the right. The beer is served on tap. It was very enjoyable with some bite at the end. Then it went clear and lost all of its character. Partial boil. Cascade hops. Alexander lite extract.
I enjoy this table, and it seems that you might be undercarbing a tad bit. I'd switch it up to 10psi or so, and see what becomes of the beer then. That second pic is right after you poured?
