Check out my cones! First year Chinook. Does everyone harvest hops all at once... or should I do them in increments as some are maturing much more rapidly then others. Thanks!

I've got the same question. I've got some cascade cones that are papery feeling and spring back when squeezed, but there's only like 6 or 7. First year rhizome so I don't expect much, but if I can harvest what is there it'd be great.

you can pick them when they're ready. typically they'll all be ready about the same time though. In the past my first years have put out 2 mini harvests (both combined weren't enough for a batch).
