Keg Cowboy 1/2 in deluxe ball valve

Guys, anyone know how to properly install the deluxe ball valve kit from Kegcowboy.com? It has a couple of o-rings and a washer not normally where I would expect the washer to be (should be on the outside of keg but looks like they want it to be on the inside)

I think you'll need to talk to them directly. I tried figuring out what kind of parts they use from the pic, but it's low res and I can't tell.

Looks to have a brass locknut.

Our kit has the install reversed with a stainless steel locknut inside with the o-ring sandwiched between it and the keg / kettle wall.

Try the install with it outside and one o-ring between the locknut and keg wall. The shim washer would go inside with the coupling.

Thanks I'll give it a try tomorrow, worse that can happen is a leak then i can try a new way to install.
