I am looking for containers for handling 10lbs of grain or less...
Does anyone know how much grain will fit in a 2 gal bucket...? Thanks

About 2 gallons worth.

Seriously, though... I find that about 20-25# fit into a five-gallon bucket. I'd think that a 2-gallon bucket would likely fit 10#, or at least be very close to fitting.

I have them in paper grocery bags rolled up and stored in a large tote...
They are hard to deal with and easy to spill grain...Thanks

goto your local Kroger, Giant Eagle or whatever grocery store. Ask at the bakery counter for any used icing buckets. They may not have some but wait for the weekend when all the little buggers have birthday cakes. Clean out the buckets and blamo instant food safe grain bucket with lid
