Now that I have made it what can I do with it

In reading Jack Kellys Wine recipes, I saw his for Jalapeno Wine
I had to try making it (Used 8 peppers not the full 16) just to see if I could
Racked for the 3rd time, tryed a little WOW thats spicy Hot!!
I know it's a cooking wine, has anyone made it? and if so can you please pass along some ideas!
30 days to bottle, going to pick up some flip tops, to pass out It would be nice to pass along ideas too

jalapenos and booze.... hmmmmmmm.

Mix with honey (maybe add chipotle powder) for a sweet heat wing sauce.. or add to crock pot with meat (mead vinegar is good for this too)
