Agonized over it, bought the damn $40 SS sparger as well as the 12" SS false bottom and the Johnson Controls refrigerator control... my new setup is finally complete!! Friday at start my first starter with WLP300, Saturday I brew! This will be the first time I test out my 10 gallon Rubbermaid coolers with the thru the wall therms and such!!!!!

Just called my LHBS too... ordered the following

1 gallon carboy
#6 drilled stopper
3 piece airlock

#5.5 stopper (solid)

Whirflock tablets
Corn sugar
LIGHT DME
Bottle caps
Syphon clamps

3lbs Belgian Pilsner
6lbs Belgian Wheat
1lb American 6 row
1 vial WLP300

This weekend is going to KICK @$$
