here is my version of a weldless brewstand since this pic was taken I installed water filter system, camlock fittings march pump and silicone hoses and updated burner hose used it yesterday and worked like a charm

Looks to me like that pic was taken before the supports were bolted in if that's what you asking.

I can't quite tell from the first pic but it looks there are bolt heads in the mounting location.
 
No welding, the burner mounts under the keg support thru a piece of bedframe and it took 3.5 bedframes to complete this I also have caster that lock under 3 bucks each at harbour freight
