Well I am doing my first AG in the kitchen. It's been an adventure. The mash went great, but the boil is little light. The temp is holding at 212 but I can't get a real vigorous boil from the stove. It's so hot outside though that I had to try somethng to keep me out of the garage all day next to propane burner! I'm not seeing a big problem with a light boil and it's maintained for 45 min so far, so we'll see. Either way I'm making (and drinking) homebrew. All in all, it's gonna be a good day! :mug:

I use a 30qt ss pot wrapped with aluminum/bubble wrap insulation and can get a rolling boil(220) in about 45 min.
