Hallo! I'm new-ish to the forums. Been reading them for info for a year or two. Finally decided to start posting. My current set up is a 10 gallon, all-grain, electric system that I built in our basement. It has a 4500w heating element and controller. It's been doing us well. Keeps us well supplied with beer. The stainless electric kettle works well for BIAB-ing my more experimental 5 gallon batches. Built the husband a four-tap kegerator for his birthday this year, so we are pretty much the happiest people on the planet right now.
