I've actually been using my local homebrewing store, as well as a health foods store, to buy my ingredients. There's some ingredients I haven't gotten yet that will have to be purchased online, but I haven't decided from where yet. I've been considering some that I've heard recommended: Lhasa Karnak and mountain rose herbs.

I got mine from a health food store that sells bulk herbs.
I have not ordered from either store, but Monterey Bay Spice Company and Starwest Botanicals both have wide selections.
Amazon has some from various vendors as well.
