I am slowly accumulating the pieces needed to brew electrically. I am waiting for delivery of a PID and SSR, ordered a couple of weeks ago and a 10 foot 4 prong dryer cord ordered moments ago. I have recently purchased a 5500 watt 240 volt stainless steel element for the BK, and a steel beverage dispenser for the HERMS. Tomorrow I pick up the tubing for that. I already have a 1500 watt 120v element for that part of the build.
The stand is ready, the water filter is plumbed on it and the MLT is done. Now I wish I could just be patient.
