What type of propane regulator is needed for these types of burners? 0-10psi adjustable? or 0-30? does it matter?

Ok, for that low pressure burner you'd need an 11" WC regulator (11" WC ~ 0.4 psi).
I think most propane barbecue grills use that type of regulator, but may not provide sufficient volume to really light that burner up.
You might want to check the low pressure propane regulators shown here to see what's out there. With a needle valve between a fixed regulator and the burner orifice you should be good to go...
