As much as I would love to have a beer right now, you guys are going to have to wait till I get done working!
 
Oud bruin is a flemish sour brown ale. It's lightly tart with some fruitiness and the caramel/ nuttiness you'd expect in a brown ale (subdued though). It's usually very light and refreshing, due to the bacteria/ wild fermentation.

On that beer, my guess is a roasted chicory, rye, cherry stout.
