I think there used to be one. I am glad there is not. I learn a lot from the threading conversations others have here. If it was live chat, then a ton of good advice would be lost to the scroll.
We used to have one. Then for whatever reason HBT chose no longer to support a chat. It was about a year ago. It might have been financial, or maybe it was technical. But we no longer have one.
