Brewed this as my first attempt at a Dunkelweizen. Turned out excelent. Bottles did not last 2 weeks after conditioning. I mashed this at 154* for 90 min. It almost came out too clear. Hazy but you can still see through the glass. I recomend swirling the last 1/4" of the bottle to get the perfect cloudiness and yeast flavor.
