I'm attempting a Rogue Chocolate Stout clone recipe. I had one for the first time last week and it blew me away.
The recipe calls for chocolate extract. I'm having a hard time finding this. Is there another name for it, or are there better ways to add the chocolaty goodness to a Chocolate Stout?
