For months my Orval clone has been sitting around 60 F with little to no activity.

I finally got a fermentation chamber up and running.

Slowly warmed up the chamber to around 25 C / 77 F and the Brett has taken off making huge bubbles.

Anyone have an opinion on what temperature this strain of Brett likes best?

The homebrew wiki says Orval yeast is the same as WLP510 and suggests a temp between 66-72. So if you want it as authentic as possible you might want to lower the temp a bit. But if you want to push the envelope then just keep it at 77. I just brewed a Belgian strong and with yeast I harvested from about 8 different Belgian beers including Orval. I'm in Vegas and it's in the low 60s still but over the next couple months it should get nice and warm in my garage. I'm just going to let the yeast do it's thing as the temp rises and if it gets above 80 in the garage then I'll bring it inside.
