When I lived in Hawaii a local micro brew made a banana flavored beer.. I want to try and make something similar.. wondering would you add banana mash before the boil and use the sugars or in the secondary.. it was a light pilsner with a hint of banana.

Sam Choi's Breakfast, lunch and Crab.. I had it there right after they opened, it was like one of the second "limited specials" they did.
