So i started my first batch of cider with 5 gal of cider and S-04 a month ago. Today i took a gravity reading and taste tested and it was right about where i wanted it, 1010. I racked to a secondary carboy to let it age a bit assuming (like beer), racking will pretty much stall out fermentation. My question is,am i safe to let'er sit for a couple more weeks, priming and bottle without worrying about bottle bombs? I have the equipment to keg but would really like to bottle and cellar this stuff for next fall. Thanks!

racking won't slow the yeast down very much. a little perhaps, but it will ferment dry pretty soon, sure as bears use outdoor toilets and popes attract gunfire
