Seven weeks ago I brewed a Brewers Best Scottish Ale kit.
Four weeks in primary and three weeks in the bottle and I now have two cases of absolutely delicious, perfectly carbonated, deep dark red beer.
I have read many people here say this is a hobby for lazy patient people....that suits me perfectly.
