As a true beginner take this for what is worth...
I brewed the BB holiday ale this afternoon for my 2nd career batch. I dont know what MAIL Malt Extract is, but I did add both the liquid malt extract as well as the dried. I added the liquid first and then the dried. Everything seemed to go well. Came out with a OG of 1.076. Good luck
