This Saturday i made a wyeast kolsch yeast starter around 1.5 quarts, was going to brew on Monday but cannot at this time. The starter seems to be all done with a nice layer of cake on the bottom of jar. Will i have any problems if i place the starter in the frig for a few days. I plan to brew this weekend March 3 - 5, can i just take the yeast starter out of the frig and leave at room temp for a few hours before pitching. :rockin:
