I know they don't seem like a normal mash tun, I'm doing an experiment, a large experiment.
The guy selling them said there's no recycling symbol with number, but the blue ones have the info 1h2/y1.2/100/10/usa/m-4895 2.2mm.
Anyway, they should be food grade but I'm wondering if they still are when they're at 170 degrees or so?
