Mosaic pale ale. Bar none the very best i have ever brewed. I have been at it awhile now and am a bit of a snob. So this, isnt easy to say. So amazing. Tropical nose with easy hop flavor. Bitterness is on par with an papst or Narragansett. (ok a touch more). PERFECT!!!. MUG AND SUCH. CHEERS

I just put my first mosaic beer on gas and had a little taste...lets just wait I cant wait for it to carb and get cold cause it tasted fantastic. glad yours turned out!

I'm thinking of brewing another PM IPA next,with mosaic hops etc like Latitude 48.
