How tight is tight enough

Hey gang

Just got my new regulator home and ready to hook it up to the CO2 bottle, my question is how tight is tight enough?

The regulator has an o-ring that fits into a female ring on the CO2 bottle and I am not sure how tight it needs to be w/o damaging the o-ring or leaking

I know, I know, tight enough to not damage the o-ring and tight enough to not leak.

Just snug it up or crankit until it stops...

Don't muscle it, just get it tight. You're over thinking it. I've never had any problems just getting it snug and leaving it.

If snug it up then give another quarter it half turn for peace of mind.
