I bottled my first beer on Sunday and got 48 bottles filled.
Now I have them stored in the boxes in a closet. My question is this: I know that the ideal temperature for storing bottled beer is at 70 deg. F while they carbonate, but is there going to be a problem if the bottles say are at 66-67 deg. F?
I would think that it will just take a little longer to carbonate.
I guess to be safe I should find a warmer spot to move my bottles to.
