This is actually a Brewer's Best recipe. The first batch came out so good I went and bought the same ingredients to re-create it and it tasted even better. Very simple and it's excellent. it's the best home brew I've ever made.

Excellent beer it's gone. Going to brew it again this weekend. LHBS is out of 60 crystal subing 120 for that. Got another batch of ingredients ordered for next weekend. Using the 60 on it. Did I say I like this beer?

I am very curious about this beer. What are some of it's characteristics? What does it taste like? Excuse me for my lack of knowlege, but I'm just getting started with homebrewing.

A very easy drinking ale. Not too hoppy. Real nice balance for my taste. I will keep on brewing this one for sure. I don't really know why it doesn't have five yellow stars.
