1oz sterling (pellet, 6.5%aa) @ 60 min
1oz crystal (whole flower, 4.4%aa) @ 5 min
WLP029, 1qt starter
60 min mash @ 150
14 days in primary @ room temp (65-70 hereabouts)
21 days in sec @38F
