hop rhizomes out of season

What to do with hop rhizomes and cuttings now?

Should they go in to the ground or wait in a fridge for 4th month?
 
I would throw them in the ground.
Any root growth they can get, Has to be betting than nothing before winter.

Just my .02 cents
