Anyone try using Munich 30-35 Lovibond malt as a base grain?
Im thinking of using this dark Munich malt and a little 2Row Pale Malt for an brew but might be more like a stout if I use Munich 30 as more than half of the grain bill.?
I cant find any recipes for Munich 30 - why is that?
