So i have been brewing beer for a few years but it seems I am reading that wine is more susceptible to off flavors if left on the yeast too long?
Just wondering if that is the case since i haven't had the chance to rack it as soon as i thought.
Background....just using a winexpert kit so its not like it has been on the yeast forever. Maybe at 10 days now moreso just asking for future non kits efforts.
