Is there anything in here that I should be concerned with? I've been using spring water @ $1.00 a gallon and that extra couple of bucks is something I'd like to trim.

There isn't a lot of useful information. I suggest sending a sample into Ward Labs for the data on the ions you need, which are:

Bicarbonate
Sodium
Calcium
Sulfate
Chloride
Magnesium
and Water Hardness/Alkalinity
