I like a mix of beers but want to have some all around good stuff on hand. I know I will get a mix of opions here but, I would like to have 4-6 varieties on hand any good suggestions welcomed.

Thanks

Maris Otter, American 2-row, Malted wheat, and Continental Pilsner will cover almost all the styles as far as base malts go.

A couple pounds of various crystal malts, vienna, munich, roasted barley, and black patent are also good in smaller quantities but you can buy those as necessary.

The key to having an inventory of grain is owning a mill though so I hope you're willing to make that investment.

I like the single tier set up you have, where did you get your quick disconnects. And have you upgraded your tubing
?
