If you're bottling from the keg (with a beer gun, racking cane with stopper, etc.), and you'll be drinking those beers withing 3-4 days, do you need to bother sanitizing the bottles? Or will just giving em a good rinse out be enough?
How long with it take for any bacteria in there to actually start causing off flavours?

I'm heading to the lake for the long weekend :rockin: and want to bring a case with me.

If it is either new glass or glass that was properly cleaned, a quick rinse should be fine. Most commercial breweries don't actually wash glass. The bottles get rinsed, maybe hit with a shot of PAA and that's it. If they're clean and you want to take an extra step of assuredness, you could fill a bucket with santi solution, submerge each, swirl the santi out and there ya go... no more effort than just rinsing them.
