I live in an apartment, and so space is at a premium. I've decided I want to start kegging and picked up a kit from KegConnection. Now I need to decide what to put them in. I'm thinking either a 4.4 cu.ft fridge or a 5 cu.ft freezer.
I'm leaning towards the freezer, but I'm curious about a few things:
I like cellar temperature beer, so I'm thinking I can get a temp controller and set the freezer to 65 (it can get to 120 in here during the summer...no joke). That way I can ferment and serve at the same time. If I'm not fermenting, I can turn the temp down if I want colder beer. Can anyone see a reason why this wouldn't work?
