Hello
So i did a second brew day with my brother yesterday with the new hybrid gas/electric HERMS brew setup. I could not have built it with out reading all the great posts with wonderful advice from homebrewtalk. Everything to setting up the HERMS to soldering the stainless steel thanks.
We did twenty gallons of a modified "cream of three crops" for my brothers block party. Really fun brew day. The PID locked in the mash temp perfectly.
